b. Format of synopsis 


i. Introduction

A brand new teacher is ready to face the challenge in teaching. A new teacher will understand the diversity of learners that every learners has different attitudes. A new teacher must do everything to become their profession better. Even it is so difficult a teacher must have a courage to pursue on what is the best.

ii. Summary / Discussion\

Even the brand new teacher has a low salary if they love the profession it doesn’t matter. Also “Nothing about teaching is one-size fits all” in teaching it is true because the teacher cannot focus on the diversity of the learners. Also for the teachers because all people has not the same attitudes.

One of the best that I get from the article is “The only way you fail as a teacher is when you stop trying to be better” When a teacher can fail, don’t stop trying because when the teacher will try and try although not perfect but at least give their best and effort for everything that they made. All the efforts of teacher will pay-off and if the teacher must have a courage to face the challenge it is one of the better way to become a good teacher.

iii. Reflection

As a future educator I learned a lot from this article because if a teacher love their profession it doesn’t matter how much is the salary. When the students come back to you after they graduate and say that the knowledge that you shared to them can use in their everyday living. It is one of the best reward that a teacher must have. Do something good that students will remember you as a teacher.
Soon, I am one of the brand new teacher. I can’t promise that I will be the best, but I try to do my best to be the best.

Prayer of a student teacher  Lord, thank you for this day That you allow us to have new learnings. Always guide my students in the right path. History of Calumpit National High School  Calumpit National High School  REFLECTION Calumpit National High School for me is one of the schools in Calumpit that have a quality education. The reason why I choose Calumpit National High School as my cooperating school is because it can help me to give more knowledge in my practice teaching and also to become a better educator in the future. In Calumpit National High School, when I was a student there some facilities are not available. But we all know that everything has changed. There was an improvement like many two-story buildings, the audio visual room and many more. When I was a high school student there I think that school has only one computer room but now there are 2 computer rooms.
